A Parkour sports facility
The Centr’Halles Park project has created an innovative sports facility in the former Les Halles glasshouse. It came about as the result of a proposal by the Conseil Parisien de la Jeunesse (Paris Youth Council). It is a genuine innovation (1st such facility in Paris) right in the heart of the Westfield Forum des Halles.
Centr’Halles Park comprises facilities for Parkour, a spectacular discipline in which practitioners aim to get from one point to another in the fastest and most efficient way possible using street furniture.
It offers a floor space of 400 m², 8 m high with 3 zones for different abilities, ranging from beginner/introductory up to experienced.
