Who can benefit from tax-free shopping ?

You can benefit from tax-free shopping if :

You do not live in the European Union and this for more than 6 months or you are resident of the England
You are over 16 years old
You have spent more than 100,01€ in the participating stores

It couldn’t be easier !

Shop in the stores that have a Premium Collect sticker
Keep all of your receipts. You can collect all of your receipts from the past 3 consecutive days in order to reach the minimum amount of 100,01€
Head down to the Reception on Level 1, Zone Cassis
Show the original copy of your passport and, if applicable, your consular card (for European Union nationals).
Your tax free form will be issued and handed to you.

Terms and conditions :

- You must present the tax free form when leaving the European Union ( Please keep all of the purchased items with you in the event of an inspection).

- You have 3 months once you receive the tax free form to have it stamped by the European customs.

- Excludes services and food. Only on wine and spirits. Please note that exported goods will not be reimbursed or exchanged after passing through customs.

- A tax free form cannot be issued from any duplicate of invoices or receipts.

- You can add all of your receipts of your purchases made during 3 consecutive days
